Happy new year everyone !

1 year ago on 31st december, what was I doing?

And well, I must say 2009 wasn't smooth sailing for me at all...

But there were so many eventful days that made me feel perked up.

On 28th February : My cousin's rom.

Day 3 at Mount Fuji !

I think I better finish up the Japan trip by next week. Seriously, I've so much to blog !

Back to topic...
Initially, we were informed that we can only stop at the first stop. But thanks to the weather, we managed to make our way up to the fifth stop ! Even though it's not the highest level, & it's definitely enough. Plus, it was freaking COLD ! It was -5 degrees up there and I'm wearing leggings inside my jeans (still blardy cold & it's so hard to smile).

Before we made our way to mt. fuji ...

It's 10 metres deep and you can see everything underneath...

What's with cieaning fee and pool ROKER room? Seems to me that shanghai's standard of english is way better. Another thing, japanese have the tendency to leave their food cold ! All our food provided were already very cold the moment we reached. And, I hate raw food, like sashimi. It's like tasteless without the wasabi & soy sauce? Anyway, it's personal preference ...

You can see below that xh was very cold but faking a smile... haha

Day 2 at Disneysea !

First time to disneysea because both of us went disneyland in japan before...
Disneysea's so venice like! I guess they really took a lot of time and effort to build this entire disneysea up, seriously, it's so pretty ! For every ride we took, we queued like 1 hour or so. In fact, everywhere you go in disneysea, you just have to queue ! Yeah... Even toilets.

There's an indoor roller coaster inside the volcano, and the queue is super longgg.

Dinner was settled by ourselves at a traditional jap restaurant along the streets of Ginza. Price is about the same as sg's but it's so authentic ! My dad is pretty jap influenced and he used to bring me to different jap restaurants when I was younger. I think I'm pretty much alike to my dad. Seriously, I don't like it when people say I'm like my mum. I don't know why, but I just kind of hate it when they said that (Even though I didn't utter a word). It doesnt mean I dont like my mum.

Our gifts exchange. I felt i needed to get two because I wont be coming back any sooner.

Day 1 in Japan, Tokyo.

Taking the flight from singapore to shanghai... And transit flight to Japan by China Eastern Airlines. Their seats sucked. My butt hurted each time I took the plane.

The moment I reached singapore on the 27th, I felt like dying... Goodness, it's so hot. I think somehow, I prefer countries with 4 seasons while xh's prefers sg's weather . I love cold countries so I don't have to touch up AT ALL plus the complexion looks super matt everyday. Now that I'm back, I can feel all the pores and zits coming out....

It's my second time to Japan since the 2004 exchange programme in st margs. The entire trip was rather good. However, this particular family in the tour group couldn't stop staring at xh and me for the entire 7 days in Japan! What's wrong with them seriously...

On the 17th dec night, I met dianne and sally at T3 for dinner. Thanks so much for the offer to send me off girls!

At last! We reached Narita airport in the afternoon, and was then told by the tour guide it's another 2 hours ride to sensoji temple. What do I dread the most when it comes to travelling?? The time taken from a place to another ...

Streets of ueno and shibuya... Even if there's sales, the prices are still high up. I did not buy anything else in Japan except for the burberry bags.

One blog post before I go till the 27th :)

On the 13th, I met up with the favourite people. Including Gracia & Dianne who I've not seen for months. And of course, we had our so called annual gathering at riverside jumbo!

Mantos plus chilli crab, is absolute one of the best food in my list... And also, the hokkaido ice cream store at central (green tea and red bean flavour) *My favourite ice cream!!! But apparently, all of them didn't like it. But it's super duper nice to me!

Late night, I drove the girls to marina pier for a girls talk. You girls quick go get a license! We take turns to drive out to avoid taking bus/train with the crowd!!!
